Dennis identifies and pursues development sites for future OCF building projects. When not scouring maps and finding property owners, Dennis works as a Philadelphia historian, conducting architectural history tours and writing about the histories of individual Philadelphia properties. Before working in real estate, Dennis spent 12 years as a High School Art Teacher.

A native Philadelphian, Robin grew up in Society Hill and has lived in Fitler Square for over 25 years.

Victoria is a born and raised Philadelphia native and Temple alum. She focuses on working with clients to help them get started in the home-buying process and keeps up to date on specialized programs and trends that will impact local neighbors. When Victoria is not connecting with clients, she is spending time with her big family or trying to garden in her Spruce Hill backyard. Whether you’re a resident of the community, or helping to develop it - Victoria wants to help you achieve your goals.

Matt’s priority is helping his clients get the best deal for their home. When he’s not looking for his own investment opportunities with his brother in the city, you can find him hanging out with his daughter or cheering on his favorite Philly teams!

Liz has worked in real estate for 20 years in various capacities from engineer, project manager, developer, builder, and agent. She has developed hundreds of homes and countless relationships since moving to Graduate Hospital 15 years ago, where she lives with her wife and two kids and volunteers with their school, EM Stanton, and the Christian Street YMCA.

Kevin draws on his diverse experience in sales, leasing, and property management to help his clients make smart decisions with their real estate investments. A long-time Philadelphia resident, Kevin currently lives in Northern Liberties. He enjoys tracking down new craft beers, supporting his local sports teams, and leading his Thursday night bocce team to victory.

Dava Costello, the owner of the Dava Real Estate Group, is a licensed professional in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey, offering a wealth of experience and expertise to anyone embarking on their real estate journey. Dava is heavily involved in philanthropic endeavors within the Type 1 Diabetic community, collaborating with the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and advocating for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Fund.

Cliff is a realtor and developer based in Philadelphia. When he’s not out on showings or at a jobsite, he is having adventures with his wife, Meredith, their daughter, Phoenix, and their dog, Honey. Cliff has been a party to over 300 real estate transactions and has built more than 150 new-construction homes and apartments throughout Philly. Cliff is hardworking, doesn’t take himself too seriously, and is a proud member of the OCF family.

Asher Chancey is a realtor living and specializing in West Philly. Asher is a former attorney, baseball blogger, bartender and ballroom dance instructor. When he isn't busy negotiating win-win deals for his clients, he can be found coaching in the PAYSA little league at 48th and Woodland Avenue, judging debates for his daughter's team at Masterman High School, or biking up the Schuylkill River Trail. He lives with his wife, Kelly, and their three children in University City.

Gregg is a double shot of espresso. He’s high-energy, competitive, and results-focused when at the negotiating table on behalf of his clients. Gregg lives in Passyunk Square in South Philly with his doggie, Carson, who is the most adorable money pit you’ll ever meet!
