Offering an extensive background in marketing, design, and connections with the local business community, Dava is known for her infectious energy, optimism, and advocacy for her clients! Personable and thoughtful, Dava is passionate about real estate, neighborhood nuances, and is a tastemaker among the arts scene. Having graduated from The University of the Arts and Temple’s Real Estate Institute, she is a member of the Greater Philadelphia Association of Realtors.When she is not working on the needs of her clients, Dava enjoys Philadelphia to its fullest, especially the unique arts and foodie scene. A resident of Girard Estates/West Passyunk, she and her husband have two children. Dava is heavily involved in philanthropic work with the Type 1 Diabetic community through Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, is an advocate for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Fund, and is a volunteer Ambassador for Riding on Insulin, mentoring families and promoting ski/snow boarding camps for children with Type 1.
