We've known about upcoming construction on Green St., between Philip and American Sts. in Northern Liberties, for months now, and have been checking in from time to time to see whether any work has started. Here's a shot of the lots in question toward the end of July:

We got an email from a reader recently, asking about the stalled construction at the corner of Poplar and New Market Sts., in the shadow of I-95.

From what we understand, work stopped over a month ago, and the exteriors of the new buildings look a little worse for the wear.
