The east side of the 2000 block of S. Broad St. contains a mix of retail spaces, bookended by a pair of attractive buildings that were originally constructed as banks. 2001 S. Compared to neighborhoods like East Kensington or Point Breeze, East Passyunk has seen hardly any new construction during the development boom of the last several years.
