In Bella Vista

Heading east on Bainbridge St., we noticed a house going up at the corner of Bainbridge and Marvine Sts. With two new buildings immediately next door, seems it was only a matter of time before this lot got built.

These duplexes, 1112 and 1114 Bainbridge St., were built by Rufo Properties.

As we teased yesterday, there is additional development coming to the busy intersection of 10th and South Sts. in the near future. It's not as exciting as a new Garces restaurant, but many locals will probably welcome the new amenity for the neighborhood.
