Back in October, we told you about an ambitious plan to redevelop the site of the former Wanamaker School at 11th and Cecil B. Moore Ave. into about 1000 units of housing for Temple University students.
The original plan, crafted by architects Wallace, Roberts & Todd, called for the reuse of the original school building for the first phase of the project for student housing, a Green Construction Training Center and an Arts & Education Forum. We’re gonna say that the plan has changed some.
There doesn’t seem to be anything left to reuse.
We’ll be sure to update if we get any new renderings. In the meantime, enjoy the views!
