Last fall, we told you about Diamond Green, a new student housing development at 10th & Diamond Sts.

Brought to us by Mosaic Development Partners, Orens Brothers Real Estate, and Metamorphosis Community Development Corporation this mixed-use development will have 92 residential units as well as approximately 12K sqft of retail space. Parking, too.

Since we last checked in at this site, quite a bit of progress has taken place. And over the past several weeks, delivery and installation of the modules that make up the apartments has been going on. The other day, we caught modular construction in action.

Several modules have already been put in place

And many more are still on the way!

When all is said and done, 120 modules will have been assembled, representing the largest modular building to date in Philadelphia.
