Before today’s hearings, the ZBA ruled on cases held for discussion from previous weeks. A lot line relocation and a plan for the construction of four homes at 20th & Annin was among those to receive rulings today- we went through that application and its opposition in great detail a couple of weeks ago. After careful consideration, the ZBA voted to not grant the requested variances.
Developer Ori Feibush, who owns the lots (and this blog, incidentally), is currently working with his architects to come up with a new plan that will satisfy the immediate neighbors’ concerns about density and congestion while still managing the hardships inherent in the land itself. As soon as those plans are ready for public consumption, we’ll be sure to pass them along.
