This weekend, head to Main St. and check out the 2nd Annual Manayunk EcoArts Festival. This event will bring eco-conscious people together to highlight local green initiatives in business and the arts. Dozens of eco-friendly businesses and merchants will have booths to highlight their unique and earth-friendly approaches to what they do. Numerous eco-artists of different disciplines will also be selling their wares. Earth friendly cars will be on display, for those of us ready to turn in the keys to our Hummers.

With lectures, kids activities, shopping, and all the good stuff that Main St. has to offer, this is sure to be a fabulous event, rain or shine. The festival runs from 11-7 on Saturday, and 11-6 on Sunday.
