We rarely find ourselves winding through the hills of Manayunk or Roxborough, but we took a little jaunt up Ridge Avenue today to sneak a peek at a couple of projects we’ve heard about in recent weeks and we were reminded that we really should make the trek more often. The first project we came upon was The Cliff Townhomes, located at the corner of Leverington & Silverwood.

Eight homes so far

According to Newsworks, this project was approved way back in the fall of 2011 by the community, though based on the visible progress, we’d imagine that the project took a little while to get underway after receiving those approvals.
