Just a few weeks ago, we updated y’all about the progress at a ten home development at 19th and Catharine Sts. Whelp, the builders, Brickhouse Developers, are moving awfully quickly. The five eastern homes are fully framed, and the foundations are poured for the western side of the development. At this pace, we predict all ten should be finished by next weekend, at the latest.

A couple of blocks away, the six home development at 20th and Fitzwater Sts. is also moving along quite nicely. The last time we gave an update on this project, only two stories of framing were complete. Now, look at ’em!

One more home in this development, which will front 20th St., has yet to be started.
