We passed by the still-waiting-to-be-developed Divine Lorraine today, and saw some graffiti that we had never noticed on one of the buildings behind the blighted beauty.

Is this new?

We don't know how they did this

We're no experts when it comes to painting buildings that don't belong to us, but we have to say we're a little flummoxed as to how exactly the folks who painted the hand and hilarious message were able to do their work. Can anybody out there shed some light on the subject? And while we're at it, can somebody please redevelop this building already?
