100 Spring Garden may soon have a new tenant. The lots where Zee Bar and Delilah’s sit just east of 95 will perhaps be getting a “bar/restaurant with live entertainment.” Of course this project has just been proposed to the Northern Liberties Neighbors Association and the zoning attorney for the applicant says it’s too soon to talk on the subject now, so we can’t report much more. Until we get an update, we can only hope that the “live entertainment” is more Fitzgerald than Flocka.
