Way back around last Thanksgiving, we told you about plans to covert the former Saint Charles Borromeo school building on the 2000 block of Montrose Street into twenty rental apartments. Here’s a look at the building, from back then:

While this project is still months away from completion, it’s encouraging to see the progress at this site, informing us that this project is, indeed, happening. Here’s a look at what things will look like once the project is done:
