About six months ago, we told you about 1942 Christian St., a vacant corner property owned by an affordable housing developer based in Cherry Hill. A neighbor checked in the other day, and gave us the heads up that this property, which has been empty for about two-and-a-half years, may soon be occupied again.

According to the email he sent us, he witnessed a crew cleaning out the first floor space, which could mean that the commercial space could be reactivated at some point in the near future. No building permits have been issued, so no significant alterations are to be expected just yet.

Or else, might they be cleaning up the building with the intention of selling sometime soon?
