When we last checked in on the corner of 20th & Kimball back at the end of November, a large warehouse had recently been demolished, leaving an empty lot in its stead. We had originally brought this property to your attention last summer, detailing plans from developer Roman Mosheyev to build a four-story building with thirteen condo units and 1:1 parking.

It took a few months, but the project is finally out of the ground, with the first floor framed out. We’re guessing the rest of the structure will use wood framing, and work should be speeding up in the near future. Hopefully, the design has evolved a little as well…
