OCF Realty is seeking a full-time Blogger for our growing Naked Philly team. We are seeking an active and ambitious individual who is just as passionate about Philadelphia real estate as we are. Candidates should have their finger on the pulse of industry trends as well as prior experience writing for an online journal. This role is ideal for a curious individual with a willingness to research development leads, track permitting, and attend community meetings. Requirements

  • Research and learn about upcoming and existing projects
  • Write, edit, post & promote engaging copy covering Philadelphia’s real estate & development scene
  • Frequently travel to project sites to take photographs and document project progress
  • Attend community meetings, track permits and stay up-to-date on the activities of registered community organizations.
  • Utilize SEO in articles to increase Naked Philly’s exposure

Education, Experience & Skills required:

  • Outgoing personality
  • Genuine interest & passion for Philadelphia real estate & development industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Prior experience posting to an online blog or journal
  • Tech savvy
  • Familiarity with registered community organizations, permitting and online neighborhood groups a plus
