A couple of months ago, we broke the news that the long-awaited Carpenter Square project at 17th & Carpenter had finally broken ground. We were in the area the other day and noticed that the project is chugging along. Foundations seem to have been poured for all of the homes, and the first few on the southern end are getting framed out as we speak.

We’re hearing pre-construction pricing in the low $600K range. Considering the design for this project, we’d say they’ll be worth the premium.
Coming soon. Mixed-use building on the corner will come after the homes, it seems.
