Born and raised in Northern California, Navid moved to Philadelphia in 2014 for the accelerated nursing program at the University of Pennsylvania. Ever since then, he has had his eye on the real estate market. For 7 years, Navid dedicated his time to caring for adults and premature babies with Penn Medicine, and he’s now using the same relationship-building skills while navigating his clients through the journey of buying and selling homes. Navid has renovated homes, owns several investment properties, and also runs an Airbnb out of his Fishtown residence. He shares his personal home with his wife Katie (a mobile gymnastics business owner), their 3-year- old Havanese (Ferdie), and were recently joined by a baby boy! Navid hopes to connect with as many people as possible and help them achieve their real estate dreams.
