What started with renovating a home in Manayunk so that he and his friends had a place to live, quickly snowballed into Jesse becoming a General Contractor himself and building a portfolio renovating single family and multi-family homes. Once Joe stepped in to handle the behind the scenes work, Jesse began focusing most of his time on construction management, property design, leasing units, and property management. As a realtor, Jesse enjoys the process of leading the hunt for the dream home or investment property. While he is not an inspector, his background in construction gives the clients some extra insight, before being able to get an official inspection, into what they are looking at and any potential red flags while touring each property.
