Back in May, we told you about a mixed-use development coming to the corner of 2nd and Brown, which still has not broken ground. Immediately to the north, 807 N 2nd St. stands as a partially constructed, stalled construction project.

The other day, a reader reached out to us, and mentioned that construction activity had resumed over here. Passing by, the site looked exactly as it had last November. Has anybody in the area noticed renewed action at this property? Or is it just wishful thinking that this project could be completed in the near future?
