In the Spring, we noticed that the long awaited and then curtailed Stable Flats project, located on the 200 block of George Street, was finally underway. We spotted numerous Superior Wall foundations being installed. signaling the implementation of the first phase of this rather significant project.

Back in May

If you recall, the foundations were prefab, apparently utilizing modular technology. The homes look to be the same, if you take a peek at the first three that have gone up.
