Waterview Grande, a new luxury property from Core Realty, is rapidly approaching the finish line at Front and Brown Sts., on the border of Northern Liberties. The converted auto storage building is the first phase of Penn Treaty Village, which we gave you the heads up about back in September. By the time all is said and done, Core Realty intends to redevelop as many as ten city blocks, with residential and commercial uses, effectively linking Northern Liberties and Fishtown.
We took an exclusive tour of the new building and came away extremely impressed. The apartment features and the building’s amenities are impressive to the point that we’re tempted to move in. One that can’t go unmentioned: Flatscreen televisions in the bathrooms. Included. Yes.
Later this week, we’ll give this exciting new project its do and give you all sorts of additional details.
