About a year ago, we told you about plans for two duplexes at 410-12 Olive St., in Northern Liberties. Well, the project has been built, but it appears to have changed considerably since then.

From what we can tell, the developer made a significant compromise through NLNA and agreed to reduce the number of units from four to one. Unless, are we reading the minutes wrong?

Either way, we bring this to your attention not to discuss zoning matters, but instead to point out the significant contrast between the new home and the existing building next door. It’s ultra-contemporary meets urban-nautical. Kinda cool, no?
