Located on the site of a former church, 2101 Kimball St. is a new rehab in the Graduate Hospital neighborhood that wins this week’s “What Were They Thinking?!?” award.

Sitting on a super wide 30′ lot, the newly converted condo building offers three units, one per floor. Looking at the floor plans, the condo layouts seem decent- and the idea of wider flats rather than the normal 16′ wide apartments certainly sets these condos apart.

But oh no, what are they thinking with the exterior of this building?!?

Avert your eyes!

Green stucco? With such a thick, Spanish style texture? One swatch of what looks like vinyl in the upper corner? And seriously, what’s with the circular window? Hey, maybe three buyers will come by this property and fall in love with the layout and the look. That’s why there’s chocolate, vanilla, and rocky road. But… for $239K – $265K? For condos on Kimball St.?

Let’s just agree that it’s with good reason they’re using the renderings for images on the listings. Looks pretty good there, eh?
