Aimee Olexy and her newly named Talula’s Garden chef Michael Santoro are looking for “experienced and driven line cooks and chefs de partie who are hard-working, ingredient-driven and willing to learn.” Talula’s Garden will be a “farm to table” restaurant, which we reported was opening in Starr’s old 210 W.
