Dennis Carlisle

VP of Aquisitions

I am a Commercial Realtor whose primary role is to identify and pursue future development opportunities for OCF and work with clients on Commercial Real Estate Sales and Leasing. Additionally, I provide research for almost every department within the company. Some would say I’m obsessed with Philadelphia’s history, geography, architecture, zoning, land use, and development. Google Earth is my favorite video game, CoStar.com is my favorite website, and the Zoning Board of Adjustment is my favorite podcast. I’ve written about the histories of over 2,000 individual Philadelphia properties, from the most monumental buildings to the most mundane parking lots. I have also created and hosted six different history, architecture, and development tours of the city. I am an avid pedestrian and transit user; anyone who walks or rides with me will receive an earful about the past and/or future about properties we pass along the way. Whenever I can, I utilize my unique knowledge and abilities to help my client; whether to advise on zoning and permitting, aid in the due diligence process, or simply find the history of a property. I was born in New York City, grew up in Central New Jersey, and have been a Philadelphian for 20 years. I worked as a high school Art Teacher for 12 years in Trenton and Philadelphia and entered into Commercial Real Estate in 2015. Over the past 20 years, I’ve lived in South Philly, North Philly, West Philly, Center City, and now reside in Roxborough with my wife, Sharon, and our two cats, Juanita and K’Ehleyr. I am also a huge (but extremely critical) Star Trek fan.
