What is the typical process once my offer gets accepted?

Once a home is under contract it typically takes 30-45 days to get to the closing table. During that time you’ll schedule inspections, negotiate any repairs, and work to secure lender financing. Rest assured your agent will be there to navigate the entire process with you, advocating on your behalf. We also have a full-time Transaction Coordinator whose job is to make sure your transaction moves along smoothly.
