What should I consider when searching for a rental?

When you’re searching for the perfect rental, there are five questions to keep in mind: (1) Your ideal move-in date. (2) Your budget. (3) How many bedrooms do you need? (4) Which neighborhoods are you considering? (5) Do you have pets? We begin marketing rentals 60 days out. Keep checking back as your ideal move-in date draws closer to see what new listings have been added.

Do you offer short term leasing?

Unfortunately we do not offer short-term or month-to-month leasing options. All of our leases are one-year terms with options for renewal.

I have a dog/cat. Are pets allowed?

Not all of our rentals are pet-friendly, but our Leasing Agents can certainly help you find one that is. All pets must be approved by the owner and do require an additional pet deposit.

I am interested in an apartment. When can I schedule a showing?

Our Leasing Agents are available for showings 7 days a week. Showing times are generally Monday-Thursday 9am-5:30pm, and Friday-Sunday 10:00am-4:00pm. Please give our office a call at (215) 735-7368 to make an appointment.

I’m ready to move forward with an application. What are the next steps?

Great! Our application process is pretty simple. Each applicant and/or co-signer will need to drop off a completed application form, proof of income, photo ID, and a $40 application fee. Providing a check for first-month’s rent will take the unit off of the market. If your application is denied for any reason, your check for first month’s rent will be returned to you. Once your application is approved you’ll be sent a lease to sign electronically. Two month’s of Security Deposit is then due on your Lease Start date and must be certified funds.

What should I do to prepare for move-in day?

Keys will be available for pickup after 12:00pm on the Lease Start Date. All of our rentals are professionally cleaned between tenants so you can begin to enjoy your new apartment from day one!

How does your office handle maintenance requests?

Maintenance requests can be submitted through our online Tenant Portal, or by calling our office. We even have a 24 hour maintenance line for emergency requests. Our full-time Property Management team will actively work to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
