This week, Philadelphia Inquirer reporter, Ingra Saffron, highlighted Ori Feibush for his innovative social media and marketing strategies to promote his real estate ventures in Point Breeze.  In the article, Saffron revealed how area developers, like Feibush, are using savvy marketing, social media and big ideas (paired with even bigger investments) to secure sales.

Saffron highlighted OCF Realty for its strategic and tactful marketing methods to secure its foothold in the Point Breeze real estate market.  Saffron goes on to describe how Feibush, both an entrepreneur and small business owner, uses his OCF Realty brokerage to "[create] visible activity that will give potential buyers the sense that the neighborhood is already on the upswing."
