It takes a network of seasoned industry professionals combined with unconventional strategies to be Philadelphia's leading neighborhood real estate brokerage. At OCF Realty, we ban together to work as an effective team to provide our clients with superior property management, commercial and residential leasing and development services.

What started in 2008 as a Property Management and Leasing Services group has rapidly grown into OCF Realty. Since that time, we expanded our practice to include multiple OCF Realty neighborhood offices, the Naked Philly blog and a unique brand of community-centric OCF Coffee Houses; all of which keep as at the forefront of real estate and development news. But before we go any further, you should get to know us on a more personal level.

Transparency is a word you hear a lot these days. And at OCF, it really means something. When I founded OCF, I knew that I wanted it to be the kind of company my clients could really trust. I wanted it to be a company that people only spoke about in the most positive terms-- a company that treated its clients with the kind of respect I'd demand from a real estate brokerage. We strive above all else to be fair and honest. And we're approachable, too. In fact, you can have my cell phone number. We're so open, we designed the office to look like a fishbowl. And there's another kind of glass that means something to me: the mirror. Because if I can look at myself at the end of the day, I'll know I've done my job for you.

I am the newest member at OCF Realty, and like most of my counterparts, my passion is Philadelphia real estate. As a Drexel University graduate, with concentrations in Business Law and Entrepreneurship, somewhere along the way, I fell in love with real estate and never looked back. I soon turned my hobby into my passion and my passion into my career. I have had the fortunate opportunities to lease and help manage 150+ historical apartment units in University City and an 1100 apartment complex in Montgomery County. I know my strong background in residential leasing and property management combined with my priority on customer service, will ensure your needs and concerns are always at the top of my radar.

Growing up in the very area that OCF Realty heavily represents (and one that I hold very dear to my heart), makes this the perfect career choice for me. At an early age, I would walk through the streets of Philadelphia and always find myself looking up at the beautiful architecture and city skyline. Today, as an OCF leasing agent, my role is to list, market, and lease out rental properties. And when I do, I set out to learn everything I can about the neighborhood and its unique characteristics; including the local hang outs, the parking like situation, and more! Before joining OCF Realty, I was a project manager for a high profile development company based in Philadelphia. With fourteen years of experience in the business, I am happy to be part of an agency with which I share so many similar interests. Over the course of my career, I have created a reputation for being as much of an active agent as an active community member. I regularly attend the Newbold Neighbors Association land, use, and zoning meetings. I am a Graduate "Citizen Planner" of the Philadelphia City Planning Commission. My wife and children describe my passion as overwhelming at times, but I like to say that I am as vested in my career as I am my City. Having represented both buyers and sellers, I consider my specialty to be serving first-time home buyers. Maybe it's because I can relate to the average home buyer, or perhaps it has to do with my involvement in the community, but whatever the case, it's a real job to find someone their first home. Formally trained and still practicing as an Architectural Designer, I have spent years dealing with the designs, materials, and details that comprise (and sometimes fail to comprise) a quality property. As a LEED Accredited Professional, I am able to bring life to your GREEN design. Over the past 10 years I've lived in most areas around town and am well versed with what Philadelphia has to offer. Having spent the majority of my career working with small businesses, I understand how to manage expectations and people in order to drive real results. As the primo Marketing Manager at OCF Realty, my job is to tailor executable plans for our clients that are thought-out, create accountability, and most important, are goal orientated. The one thing you won't ever have to question is my ability to out-perform the competition.

D'Andrea Durham (Graduate Hospital Coffee Manager)
I developed a taste for urban living at an early age. Born in Bermuda and raised in Yonkers, I was born a city girl. My larger than life personality drove to pursue an education at Rutgers University where my focus was in documentary art forms and community and political theatre. I later moved to Philadelphia because of its rich, local artistic community. By the time I landed at the OCF Coffee House, I could have never anticipated how well coffee and community go together. Here, I am more than just a barista or coffee manager. I represent a certain mind set and bring fresh ideas, and ingredients, to work each and every day.
Lori Zaspel (Fairmount Coffee Manager)
In my youth and days of academia in Delaware, I always knew in the back of my head I would end up in Philadelphia. Now I am here to stay: my partner and I just bought our first home in West Philly. It turns out that my hard-won degree in English didn't guarantee happiness behind a desk, so for the past five years I have been delighted to serve coffee in some of the best cafes in the city and hone my skills in the craft of coffee preparation. It's a never-ending journey -- and frankly, that's why I love it. The industry is always changing, and I get to grow along with it. I joined OCF Coffee House in April of 2012 and have been pleased to join a hard-working, talented crew; I have also been blessed with the opportunity to be opening manager of both the Point Breeze and Fairmount locations.
Seth Lester (Point Breeze Coffee Manager)
I spent most of my early twenties traveling the country, working for roasters and coffee shops in Chicago, New York, Philadelphia, Milwaukee, and DC. Along the way, I picked up my Lead Instructor certification through the SCAA and joined the Barista Guild of America. Coffee is a way of life, but there is so much more to me than coffee. I like biking, reading, and a really good beer (I've even been known to make a mean coffee infused cocktail). I was born in North Carolina but have made Philadelphia my home away from home, and I promise to make the OCF Coffee House feel your home, too.
Pam (Head Chef, OCF Coffee House)
I clearly remember the day that sent me on my culinary path. I was working as a food runner at a fine dining establishment in Minneapolis named Auriga. The Chef handed me a spoonful of cauliflower soup that just blew my mind. Thereafter, I was hooked on cooking. It wasn't until I moving to Philadelphia when I started preparing food on my own. First as a breakfast cook, then as the Head Baker for a West Philly cafe. To me, the allure of working in a kitchen is the magic that happens in the front of the house. It is exhilarating to watch people as they experience food - the taste, the sights, and the sounds. As the Head Chef of the OCF Coffee House, I was able to not only develop a menu from scratch, but prepare, for you, what I love - high quality, delicious, health conscious, and adventurous food.
