ocf realty

Nine to Five means nothing to us. Coffee and protein shakes fuel most of our days. Clients are friends, friends are family, and family... well, we can't seem to get rid of them. Our team at OCF has come together from diverse backgrounds and tremendous experience which allows us to band together to be the effective and impressive partner our clients trust to protect and manage more than $80 million in real estate. The relationships we've made over the years have also helped to set us apart; so we thought the best way to start off our relationship with you is to tell you a little about ourselves.

MEET OUR TEAM:

Transparency is a word you hear a lot these days. And at OCF, it really means something. When I founded OCF, I knew that I wanted it to be the kind of company my clients could really trust. I wanted it to be a company that people only spoke about in the most positive terms-- a company that treated its clients with the kind of respect I'd demand from a real estate brokerage. We strive above all else to be fair and honest. And we're approachable, too. In fact, you can have my cell phone number. We're so open, we designed office to look like a fishbowl. And there's another kind of glass that means something to me: the mirror. Because if I can look at myself at the end of the day, I'll know I've done my job for you.

Michael Nechemia (Vice President of Finance and Operations)

After graduating with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Real Estate from Emory University's School of Business, rowing competitively for seven years, and working in Ernest & Young's real estate group, I'm currently in charge of the finance and accounting side of OCF's business. While working as an analyst, I was responsible for analyzing and advising on property evaluations, purchase price allocations, market studies and lease values for Ernest & Young's biggest clients. My experience covers a variety of areas, including commercial evaluation, investment analysis, business law, loan analysis, debt securitization, and multi-family development. To feed my passion for gourmet food and drink I stay busy managing our coffeehouse, OCF Coffee House, where I explore the fine art of pulling the perfect espresso shot. I swear by my morning gym cardio, daily bike commute, and weekly squash game with Ori Feibush. I occasionally let him win, too.

If there's anything that excites me more than a great apartment, it's great people. But best of all, I love helping people find the right residence. The decision on where to live is one of the most important choices a person makes, so I don't leave anything to chance. I want to get to know you. I want to understand what you think you want, and then hone in on what your really need. The map of this city is practically imprinted on my brain, so if it's out there, I'll help you find it. And as part of OCF’s unique business model – I don't work part-time or on commission – I'm not pressured to pressure you. So I'm not going to quit until I find you the place that feels like home. Just ask the many clients who've referred their family members and friends to me. That's how I've built my reputation: one happy homecoming at a time.

Gerardo Suarez Jr. (Director of Sales)

After serving four years and receiving several medals in the United States Army, I completed my Law Degree from Temple University. My passion for success has led me to take on real estate projects as large as 114 units, while still representing both buyers and sellers in single family home transactions. I've had extensive experience in numerous facets of the real estate universe, including commercial sales, new construction, retail leasing, buyer representation, and seller representation. No matter what it is, I am well qualified to handle your real estate needs and you won't find a more dedicated or knowledgeable agent. And yes, I can be bribed with chocolate cake.

Tom Oliver (Broker and Property Manager)

Growing up in the textile business as I did, I learned a number of important lessons. Not only did I come to understand the vicissitudes of my own industry, I got to know the nitty-gritty details that serve me well in other fields. I understand dealing with regulatory agencies, saving money, how to walk a property, inspect a roof, and how to estimate costs. Most of all, I learned integrity, the importance of win-win situations, the value of hands-on attention, how to weave my expertise together with the needs of clients, and the importance of not cutting corners. This is the kind of background you can trust.

Success isn't easy for some people to define. But for me, it's pretty simple: I'm successful if and only if you are comfortable with our service. As a graduate of Temple University with a major in real estate and finance, I learned from the best. Today, as a property manager at OCF Realty, the best is all I have to give. And that means you'll get the most informed judgments, the most responsive attention, and the most responsible decisions on satisfying your needs. If you have any problems at all with your residence, you can phone me any time of day or night. Seriously. You may rest assured that I will do whatever it takes to resolve any issues that may arise with your residence. So help make me the success I want to be; let me make you happy.
